Sundays Comfort..

For comfort I turn to - 2 Timothy -3:1-9

3: Mark this: There will be terrible times when in the last days.

People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedident to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiven, slanderous, without self control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God - Having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them.

They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed  by all kinds of evil desires, always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these men oppose the truth-men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone.

It comforts me, because, I know its Gods will, it is written. What is happening, what is being said and done, is all as planned. Its the road to Jesus coming back to rapture his church up with him, believe in him, who love him, who have lived their life waiting for him.

Vegetables

I was reading about the different health benefits of vegetables and other foods and found some interesting

Orange Foods -- Sweet potatoes, carrots, and pumpkin all contain beta-carotenes, a compound that helps prevent the loss of elasticity in your skin.

Olive Oil -- It's full of healthy dietary fat, making it a better option than butter and margarine.And don't just eat it, use it on your skin. Olive oil is rich in vitamin E, which can help your skin feel and look smoother.

Dark Chocolate -- The chemical compounds in dark chocolate- the darker the better- are known to lower blood pressure, which can lead to increased energy  production. " Dark chocolate, if consistently taken, can lead to higher metabolism and feeling younger, because you'll have more energy throughout the day"

Eggs -- A good source of protein and carotenes,eggs prevent the physical degradation that happens with age.

Berries -- All types of berries contain nutrients that help prevent cognitive decline. Blueberries are a particulary powerful antioxidant, and keep your mind young.

Fish -- Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fish are good for your skin and brain.

Leafy Greens -- Like the orange foods, leafy greens - think kale - are high in carotene.

Believe

 Believe.....

I believe in every letter of every word in the Holy Bible.
I'm not a perfect human, I'm not suppose to be perfect. God does not expect his children to be perfect.
I do not live for you. I live for God. I trust God, my faith is in God and my love is for God.
The following two verses are VERY much a part of my life....

Corinthians 5:11 - You must not associate with anyone who calls himself brother but defies God. With such a man do not even eat.
 
Romans 14:16 - Do not allow what you consider good to be spoken evil

With that said, I choose who to associate with and who not to associate with. 
 
The devil is all around us here on earth.His only mission is to destroy you, me and Gods
holiness.
We can choose to let him stay in our lives or we can choose to push him out.
I choose to push him out. If you boo God, if you curse his name, if you praise a man or an object then you
defy God. The wicked are a side kick to the devil.
If you worship or support anyone or anything that is wicked then you defy God.
One CANNOT support the wicked and love God at the same time.
